Fingercheck Partners with Meridio to Offer Health Benefits

Small and mid-sized businesses with hourly, shift, and field teams can now offer attractive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with contributions handled inside Fingercheck payroll

NEW YORK, Nov. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Fingercheck, the payroll, time tracking, scheduling, and HR platform for hourly and field workforces, today announced a partnership with Meridio, a health benefits provider for small and growing businesses. Fingercheck clients can now offer their employees affordable medical, dental, and vision plans, with benefit contributions running through the same platform they already use to track time and run payroll.

Health coverage remains out of reach for many employees at smaller businesses. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, only 56% of workers at establishments with fewer than 50 employees have access to employer-sponsored medical benefits, compared with 91% at employers with 500 or more. That gap lands hardest on the businesses Fingercheck serves: construction firms, skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, staffing agencies, field service companies, property managers, and other operators whose teams handle the shifts, staff the floors, or otherwise work jobs away from a desk.
